Data Controller

NoldCore
Owner: Christof Ewald Nolden

Franz-von-Sales-Straße 4

NoldCore decides why and how personal data is processed in its games and services, unless this policy clearly states that a third-party provider acts independently under its own privacy terms.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • NoldCore mobile games.
  • NoldCore websites, including pages hosted for support, legal information, app-ads.txt, and privacy information. The informational website is hosted as a static site on GitHub Pages; NoldCore does not operate its own website visitor database or website analytics.
  • Support, privacy, and business communication with NoldCore.
  • Game-related services such as local save games, cloud save, analytics, advertising, consent management, and in-app purchase validation where used.

This policy does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Google, Unity, Firebase, AdMob, payment processors, or other third-party services. Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Personal Data We May Process

Category Examples Purpose
Game progress and gameplay data Save-game state, unlocked content, currencies, upgrades, progression, settings, consent choices, timestamps, device-specific save identifiers. To run the game, restore progress, sync progress where cloud save is enabled, prevent data loss, and provide core gameplay features.

To operate the app, fix bugs, improve stability, prevent abuse, show appropriate consent choices, and comply with platform rules.

Advertising data Ad views, rewarded ad completion, ad interaction events, device identifiers, advertising ID, consent status, approximate location, frequency capping and measurement data. To show interstitial and rewarded ads, grant in-game rewards after completed rewarded ads, prevent fraud, measure ad performance, and support personalized or non-personalized ads depending on consent and settings.
Purchase data Purchased product ID, transaction status, receipt/token, platform store, purchase time, refund or entitlement status. To deliver purchased items, verify entitlements, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal/accounting obligations.
Support and communication data Email address, message content, attachments you send, support history, technical details provided by you. To respond to support requests, privacy requests, bug reports, and business inquiries.

5. Local Saves and Unity Cloud Save

Local save games

NoldCore games may store save-game data locally on your device. This may include your progression, settings, in-game currencies, upgrades, tutorial progress, consent preferences, and other gameplay state.

Local save data usually remains on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, reset the device, or use an in-game reset/delete feature where available.

Unity Cloud Save

If cloud save is enabled, NoldCore may use Unity Cloud Save to store persistent player data in the cloud so progress can be restored, synced, or protected against device loss.

Cloud save data may include game progress, player identifiers, timestamps, and technical metadata required to provide the service. Unity may process this data as a service provider or processor depending on the specific service configuration.

6. Interstitial & Rewarded Ads, AdMob and Firebase Analytics

Interstitial & Rewarded Ads / Google AdMob

NoldCore games may show interstitial ads (full-screen ads between gameplay sessions or at other designated breaks) and may offer rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is optional advertising content that can grant an in-game reward after successful completion, for example continuing a game or receiving another available in-game benefit.

Ads may be provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the availability of identifiers, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

  • Personalized ads may use identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad interactions, and other signals to select ads that may be more relevant to you.
  • Non-personalized ads are selected using more limited signals such as approximate location, app context, language, and basic device information, but may still use identifiers for fraud prevention, frequency capping, and measurement where allowed.
  • Ad impressions and interactions, including interstitial ads and rewarded ad completion data, may be processed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and granting an in-game reward after a completed rewarded ad.

Firebase Analytics

NoldCore may use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how players use the game, measure feature performance, improve balancing, detect technical issues, and improve future versions.

Analytics may include app instance identifiers, device and app information, session events, gameplay events, purchase events, and approximate region. NoldCore does not use Firebase Analytics to intentionally collect directly identifying information such as your name, postal address, or payment card details.

No own payment card processing

NoldCore does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card number, bank account details, Apple ID password, Google account password, or comparable store payment credentials.

Refunds, chargebacks, payment authentication, taxes collected by the store, and billing support may be handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

NoldCore's informational website is hosted as a static site on GitHub Pages. NoldCore does not collect visitor information through its own website analytics or maintain its own visitor database. However, GitHub states that it logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security purposes when GitHub Pages sites are accessed. For details on GitHub's processing and retention, please refer to the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Retention

NoldCore keeps personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Examples: local saves generally remain on the device until the user deletes them or removes the app, subject to device and platform backup behavior; support emails are retained as needed to process the request and any applicable legal obligations. Purchase-related information, where received by NoldCore, is kept only as needed to deliver and restore purchases or meet applicable legal obligations.

Where third-party services such as Google, Apple or Unity independently process data, their applicable retention rules also apply. Their retention periods depend on the relevant service and configuration. For processing controlled by NoldCore, retention is determined by the purpose of processing and applicable legal retention requirements.
