These Terms explain the basic rules for using NoldCore games, websites, in-app purchases, virtual currencies, game boosters, game items, and other digital content.
Summary
Virtual currencies, game boosters, game items, and similar digital content are only usable inside the relevant game and have no real-world cash value.
Refund requests, payment issues, billing support, and chargebacks are generally handled by Apple or Google under their applicable store terms.

These Terms are intentionally compact. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law, and they work together with the rules of the platform or app store where you downloaded the game.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- NoldCore mobile games, including Cargo Port Idle and future NoldCore titles.
- NoldCore websites and legal pages.
- Game features such as progression, virtual currencies, game boosters, game items, rewarded ads, local save data, cloud save features, and in-app purchases.
- Support and communication related to NoldCore games and services.
If you download a NoldCore game from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another distribution platform, the platform’s own terms, payment rules, refund rules, and account rules also apply. If those platform rules conflict with these Terms for platform-specific matters, the platform rules may take priority for that specific matter.
3. Limited License
Your use of the game
NoldCore grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the game for your private entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.
You do not receive ownership of the game, source code, assets, trademarks, design, systems, virtual items, or other NoldCore content.
Intellectual property
All NoldCore names, logos, game names, gameplay systems, visual assets, audio, text, interface designs, and related materials are owned by NoldCore or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, extract assets from, or commercially exploit NoldCore games or content except where permitted by mandatory law or explicit written permission.
4. In-App Purchases
NoldCore games may offer optional in-app purchases such as virtual currencies, game boosters, premium features, ad-related benefits, game items, bundles, or other digital content.
- Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the relevant distribution platform.
- NoldCore does not directly collect or store your payment card number, bank account details, Apple ID password, Google account password, or comparable store payment credentials.
- Prices, taxes, payment authentication, receipts, invoices, billing support, and platform account rules are generally handled by the relevant store.
- Purchased digital content is delivered for use only inside the relevant NoldCore game and may require the game, your device, your platform account, and the platform services to work correctly.
Before publishing a game with in-app purchases, product names, prices, descriptions, and store metadata should accurately describe what the player receives.
5. Virtual Currencies, Game Boosters and Game Items
No real-world value
Virtual currencies, game boosters, game items, rewards, upgrades, progression benefits, and similar digital content have no real-world cash value. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities, gift cards, or stored-value products.
They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred outside the game, exchanged for goods or services outside the game, sold to other players, or used as payment outside the relevant NoldCore game.

Digital content is licensed for use only within the game where it was earned or purchased, unless NoldCore explicitly states otherwise.
Game balance, item values, booster effects, progression systems, and reward amounts may change over time to improve gameplay, fix bugs, prevent abuse, or support long-term balancing.
6. Refunds and Purchase Support
Refund requests for in-app purchases are generally handled by Apple, Google, or the relevant distribution platform under their own refund rules and consumer policies. Please use the refund tools provided by the store where you made the purchase.
NoldCore can help investigate delivery problems, missing entitlements, restore-purchase issues, or suspected purchase bugs. For support, provide your platform, app version, approximate purchase time, product name, and relevant transaction information. Do not send full payment card data or store account passwords.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
7. Rewarded Ads and Game Rewards
Optional rewarded ads
NoldCore games may offer optional rewarded ads. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad and the ad is completed successfully, the game may grant an in-game reward such as bonus currency, a game booster, or another game benefit.
Rewards may fail or be delayed if the ad provider, network connection, platform service, or game session cannot confirm successful completion.
No guaranteed ad availability
Ads are not always available. Availability can depend on your country, device, consent choices, ad provider inventory, platform rules, technical limits, or anti-fraud systems.
NoldCore may limit, adjust, or remove ad rewards to prevent abuse, fix technical issues, comply with platform rules, or rebalance the game.
8. Fair Use and Player Rules
You agree not to misuse NoldCore games, websites, or services. In particular, you must not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate save data, spoof purchases, fake rewarded-ad completions, or bypass progression systems.
- Use bots, automation, scripts, modified clients, unauthorized tools, emulators used for abuse, or other methods that damage fair play or service integrity.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute game content except where mandatory law allows it.
- Interfere with servers, SDKs, analytics, advertising systems, purchase validation, cloud save, or security systems.
- Use NoldCore services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
NoldCore may limit access, reset affected progress, remove fraudulently obtained items, disable features, or take other reasonable action if misuse, fraud, or technical abuse is detected.
9. Availability, Updates and Save Data
Availability
NoldCore aims to keep its games and websites available, but availability is not guaranteed. Services may be interrupted by maintenance, platform outages, SDK issues, network problems, device issues, or force majeure events.
Updates
NoldCore may update, rebalance, patch, add, remove, or change features, rewards, boosters, item values, game systems, interfaces, SDKs, and technical requirements over time.
Save data
Local or cloud save data can be affected by device changes, app deletion, platform account changes, technical problems, corrupted files, unsupported versions, or user-initiated resets. Keep your platform account and device secure.
10. Liability and Consumer Rights
Consumer rights stay intact
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, warranty rights, liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable, liability for injury to life, body, or health where applicable, and rights under mandatory platform or local law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoldCore is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of progress, platform outages, third-party service failures, unavailable ads, unavailable store services, or problems caused by unsupported devices, modified software, misuse, or factors outside NoldCore’s reasonable control.
11. Privacy
NoldCore’s Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected in connection with NoldCore games, websites, advertising, analytics, cloud save, support, and purchases.
12. Changes to These Terms
NoldCore may update these Terms from time to time, for example when games, features, SDKs, stores, monetization features, legal requirements, or business details change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last changed. Material changes may be communicated in the game, on the website, through platform notices, or by other appropriate means where required.
