4. Purposes and Legal Bases
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies
NoldCore relies on the following legal bases, depending on the feature and context:
- Contract performance — to provide the game, save progress, deliver in-app purchases, restore purchases, and provide requested support.
- Consent — for personalized advertising, certain analytics or tracking features, and access to device identifiers or local storage where consent is legally required.
- Legitimate interests — for basic security, fraud prevention, debugging, service improvement, non-intrusive analytics where legally permitted, and business administration.
- Legal obligation — for accounting, tax, consumer protection, legal claims, regulatory duties, and responding to lawful requests.
Consent withdrawal
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time through the in-game privacy or consent settings, through your device settings, or by contacting NoldCore.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal. Some features, such as personalized ads, may stop or switch to a more limited mode after withdrawal.
5. Local Saves and Unity Cloud Save
Local save games
NoldCore games may store save-game data locally on your device. This may include your progression, settings, in-game currencies, upgrades, tutorial progress, consent preferences, and other gameplay state.
Local save data usually remains on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, reset the device, or use an in-game reset/delete feature where available.
Unity Cloud Save
If cloud save is enabled, NoldCore may use Unity Cloud Save to store persistent player data in the cloud so progress can be restored, synced, or protected against device loss.
Cloud save data may include game progress, player identifiers, timestamps, and technical metadata required to provide the service. Unity may process this data as a service provider or processor depending on the specific service configuration.

6. Rewarded Ads, AdMob and Firebase Analytics
Rewarded Ads / Google AdMob
NoldCore games may offer rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is optional advertising content that can grant an in-game reward after successful completion, for example bonus currency, boosters, or other game benefits.
Ads may be provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the availability of identifiers, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
- Personalized ads may use identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad interactions, and other signals to select ads that may be more relevant to you.
- Non-personalized ads are selected using more limited signals such as approximate location, app context, language, and basic device information, but may still use identifiers for fraud prevention, frequency capping, and measurement where allowed.
- Rewarded ad completion data may be processed to grant the in-game reward and prevent fraud or abuse.
Google privacy information: Google Privacy Policy
Firebase Analytics
NoldCore may use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how players use the game, measure feature performance, improve balancing, detect technical issues, and improve future versions.
Analytics may include app instance identifiers, device and app information, session events, gameplay events, purchase events, and approximate region. NoldCore does not use Firebase Analytics to intentionally collect directly identifying information such as your name, postal address, or payment card details.

7. Consent and Privacy Settings
Where legally required, NoldCore will ask for consent before using cookies, mobile identifiers, local storage, personalized advertising, or certain analytics and tracking technologies. This is especially relevant for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
You can change available privacy choices through the in-game privacy or consent settings, platform-level device settings, or by contacting NoldCore. Depending on platform and region, options may include:
- Accept or reject personalized advertising.
- Switch to non-personalized ads where available.
- Limit analytics or advertising features where supported.
- Reset or restrict your device advertising identifier.
- Request access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, or portability of applicable personal data.
Some processing that is strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase delivery, app functionality, or legal compliance may continue even if optional consent is withdrawn.
8. In-App Purchases
Apple App Store and Google Play
NoldCore games may offer in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and distribution channel.
NoldCore may receive purchase-related information needed to deliver and restore purchased content, such as product ID, transaction status, receipt or purchase token, platform, purchase time, and entitlement state.
No own payment card processing
NoldCore does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card number, bank account details, Apple ID password, Google account password, or comparable store payment credentials.
Refunds, chargebacks, payment authentication, taxes collected by the store, and billing support may be handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Children’s Privacy
NoldCore games are not intended for children under 13 years of age, unless a specific game, store page, or age rating clearly states otherwise and appropriate child-protection measures are implemented.
NoldCore does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent where required by law. If NoldCore learns that it has collected personal data from a child in a way that violates applicable law, NoldCore will take reasonable steps to delete or disable that data as required.

13. Security
NoldCore uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Measures may include platform security controls, access restrictions, encrypted transport where supported, secure account practices, and limiting access to data to what is necessary.
No app, website, cloud service, device, or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, platform account, and email account secure.
